This company was formed on 28 October 1998 with the object of coordinating, developing and centralising a number of activities both in Belgium and abroad for the sole benefit of all VPK Packaging Group N.V. group companies.
The activities that are coordinated and/or centralised include financial management and hedging risks arising from fluctuations in exchange and interest rates.
In order to continue expanding its activity as the “group banker”, VPK Services G.C.V.’s share capital has been increased several times in recent years.

VPK Services G.C.V. provides all fully-owned subsidiaries of VPK Packaging Group N.V. with full financing for their activities and collection and insurance of their trade receivables.
