Further expansion of core division
VPK Packaging Group has signed a declaration of intent with the French group Abzac S.A. to acquire 4 tubewinding companies situated in Luxemburg, Poland, the Czech Republic and Norway. These 4 companies have a combined turnover of 22 Mio € and are an important complementary expansion of the existing cores activity of VPK Packaging Group. The completion of this transaction is foreseen in February 2006. After a successful completion of this transaction, the turnover of the Cores division will increase from 45 Mio € to 67 Mio €.
