ADDITIONAL INFORMATION RELATING TO THE PROFIT AND LOSS ACCOUNTS AT 30/06/2009 AND CASH FLOW STATEMENTS AT 30/06/2009, 31/12/2008 and 30/06/2008

This additional information is provided in respect of the profit and loss account at 30/06/2009 and cash flow statements at 30/06/2009, 31/11/2008 and 30/06/2008 at the request of the CBFA and in accordance with the application of IAS 34, in the context of an a posteriori review by the Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA - Commissie voor het Bank-, Financie- en Assurantiewezen) of the information provided by the company.

Additional information is provided in respect of the financial result and net result for the first half year. As regards the cash flow statements, some corrections were made and a more detailed statement of the different elements of the cash flow is included in comparison with the previous publication, as well as the relevant additional explanations.

At the same time the design of the cash flow statement has been revised to incorporate a number of changes in presentation for the purpose of better transparency and improved understanding of the cash flow statement.
