Our salaries are based on different criteria. Individual performance, current competencies, experience level, potential, internal & external benchmarks,… are just some of the parameters taken into account when we define or review your salary. Where necessary we also offer variable pay, based on performance.


Working at VPK means more than a paycheck. All our employees have meal vouchers and can benefit from a pension plan (Group Insurance) and Medical Insurance (DKV). Training & Formation

Within VPK Packaging Group in Belgium we are building a strong change & leadership culture with a ‘getting things done’, ‘innovation’ &  positive ‘team collaboration’ attitude.

In order to continuously stay up to date in these areas, VPK aims to encourage training both on the floor and through external training suppliers. We also founded our very own VPK Academy to continuously develop the individual talents of our employees as to unlock the full potential of the (future) VPK Leaders & Specialists.
