VPK UK and Ireland has appointed Adam Platts as its new Sales & Marketing Director, as the business pushes ahead with the next stage of its growth strategy.

Reporting into Jeremy Anderson, VPK UK and Ireland’s Managing Director, Adam will be responsible for the Sales, Marketing, Technical and Design departments, as the business continues to focus on building its corrugated packaging sales.

Adam joins VPK UK and Ireland from DS Smith where he enjoyed a successful career in sales and general management positions. With over 25 years’ industry experience Adam is an experienced strategic leader with extensive packaging knowledge across a variety of market sectors.

By continuing to keep the customer at the heart of our services, combined with our centralised support functions, we will continue to meet the need for sustainable corrugated packaging,” said Adam.
